יְשׁוּעָה
yᵉshûwʻâh · yesh-oo'-aw · noun · “salvation, deliverance”
Yeshuah means salvation, deliverance, or rescue — God’s saving help. The name “Jesus” (Yeshua) comes from this root: “the LORD saves.”
Yeshuah is rescue and victory that comes from God — “The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my yeshuah.” It runs from the exodus to the Psalms’ cries for deliverance.
The word is woven into the name of Jesus (Hebrew Yeshua), announced by the angel “for he will save his people from their sins.” The Old Testament’s longing for salvation finds its answer in him.
Definition: something saved, i.e. (abstractly) deliverance; hence, aid, victory, prosperity
KJV usage: deliverance, health, help(-ing), salvation, save, saving (health), welfare.
